Global Talent Visa vs Tier 2 (General) Visa

The UK Global Talent Visa provides a great number of opportunities in terms of immigration and employment. Some of the best immigration lawyers in the UK say that through this visa, a person can come and freely work and change jobs without taking permission from the Home Office, whereas in Tier 2 (General) visa, a person must have a certificate of sponsorship from a valid sponsor license holder to work in the UK. A new points-based immigration system will come into effect in the UK from January 2021. EU and non-EU citizens will be treated equally post Brexit. All you have to collect is 70 points in different assessments to be eligible for a Tier 2 visa.
