What Can I Do If My Application for a Tier 2 Sponsor Licence is Refused?
Where your sponsor licence application is refused the application fee will not be refunded and the Home Office will further impose a ‘cooling-off’ period, meaning the organisation will not be able to submit another application until the cooling-off period will expire.
Unfortunately, there is no right of appeal against the decision, related to the refusal of the sponsor licence application. Though, if you believe that the refusal is done because of a caseworker error: a request to correct this error can be made, but this also does not guarantee a full reconsideration of a decision.
